Welcome to the Wilderness Expertise Virtual Expeditions website!
The world is becoming ever smaller, and if you've got ten minutes to spare, how about settling yourself into your favourite chair, getting a nice cup of tea and going on a virtual expedition? Using pictures from past expeditions, we have created some typical itineraries in each destination below to show you what an expedition is like and some of the sights you might see.
You can view your virtual expedition using Google Earth's up to date technology. To start your expedition you will need Google Earth installed on to your computer. If you don't have this - click the below icon to install.
Please be aware that not all computers will be able to run Google Earth so you might want to check out the technical data section of the FAQ page on their website before downloading. To view this, click here and go to the section at the bottom of the page. For a user-friendly guide to how to use Google Earth to view your expedition, click here for our jargon free guide!
